Eran Ovadia
CEO
Eran Ovadia has been a high-tech manager since 1992. He directed strategic new product development activities in ServiceSoft and Comverse Network Systems. Since 2004 he has led entrepreneurial activities in the areas of biotechnology that ultimately led him to founding the drug development company Immunity Pharma Ltd, based on technologies from the Weizmann Institute of Science. Eran has an MBA degree (Tel Aviv International School of Management) and life science degree (The Hebrew University of Jerusalem).
Ilana Cohen
VP R&D
Dr. Ilana Cohen is a co-Founder of Immunity Pharma, she brings with her over 20 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology industry. Ilana held key management positions in several biotech companies from initial stages of drug discovery and development to advanced clinical stages. She is an expert in biopharmaceutical processes, , project management and team leadership. Prior to joining the company, Ilana was head of biochemistry and preclinical development as well as the head of analytical R&D at InSight biopharmaceuticals leading innovative and biosimilar projects. Prior to that Ilana was the head of biology at Peptor Ltd., leading projects in drug discovery of peptides and small molecules in the field of cancer and autoimmunity. Dr. Ilana Cohen received her Ph.D. in Neurobiology from the Weizmann Institute of Science and post-doctoral training from Stanford University.
Tamar Oved, PhD
QA and CMC Director
Tamar has over fifteen years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. She is experienced in quality assurance, quality control and manufacturing of drugs and biological products. She oversees GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls) activities at production or testing sites. Tamar is a team leader at ADRES Advanced Regulatory Services Ltd. Dr. Tamar Oved received her Ph.D. in Pharmacy from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Lital Israeli-Yagev
Regulatory Affairs Director
Lital has over fourteen years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. She is experienced in the development and regulatory affairs of drugs, biologics and devices. She oversees activities of regulatory planning and submissions and participation in meetings with regulatory authorities around the globe (including FDA, EMA, and different national authorities). Lital is a team leader at ADRES Advanced Regulatory Services Ltd. She received her M.Sc. in Health Science (Neuroscience) from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
